Got these boots on sale and upon receiving them saw that they were made in china. This really lowered my expectations quite a bit. However, after putting about 45 miles on them within approx 3 weeks, I have grown to really love these shoes.The size was accurate, there was no pinching anywhere, and they remained comfortable over multiple 5 mile hikes.
For hiking boots they were light-weight, flexible, and good for everyday wear. I find them about the same level of comfort as my Merrells but much cheaper.
Complaints: tongue should be longer, and top eye-lets should be hooks and not holes.
