These boots are lovely. The leather is nice and they were very comfortable. I returned them because they take too much time to put on and take off. To get them on you have to loosen them completely to the bottom. For them to look good you then tighten the strings evenly. This requires tightening, adjusting and re-tightening. They are so nice that it would be worth it were it not for the fact that I already have a pair of boots that take that kind of time to put on. (They don't look anything like these.)They are also very dominating because of the color and the height. In my opinion they would be more suitable for the tall and not heavy build and disastrous for the short and heavy.
