Timberland 52007 Men's Windchill Chukka Boot Wheat 9 M US Review
I originally bought and wore these boots for style. The white trimming is really classy and makes them go with really anything, style wise.More recently I started wearing them more in the winter and for yard work and they keep my feet warm and protected. They are great through light snow, some mild ice and any weird terrain you may come across. Because they go up your ankle a little and under jeans, they also keep your feet and ankles warmer than sneakers.
I did put some water protectant on them and that may be what helped them hold up great so far under my use for the last few years, a great purchase!

Review of Starter Summit Men???s Shoe from Wal-Mart - Yahoo Voices - voices.yahoo.comThe Starter Summit is often a men's running footwear sold by Wal-Mart. Though Wal-Mart has always sold inexpensive shoes, the product quality and appearance of the shoes happens to be lacking. While the Summit isn't best looking shoe, I purchased some a few months ago as I required to buy a relatively inexpensive pair of shoes for work. Wal-Mart was the only place open in the region and the Starter Summits were very comfortable when I tried them on inside store.
The Summit is really a running type shoe with mesh sides that allow airflow to keep the shoe cool. However, the mesh sides also quickly transfers moisture, you'll get your feet wet of these shoes walking through wet grass. The tongue is fairly long (almost to much time) but comfortable and gives adequate padding to stop the laces from binding when they're tied tightly. The heel cup is rigid, providing support on the foot and preventing the foot from sliding to the side with the shoe. The outsole from the shoe is non-marking, although the tread is not designed to be optimal for court use. The removable insoles offer some padding, though the shoes are significantly less giving and flexible as higher dollar shoes. However, for your low price the Summit represents a great deal.
