I bought these boots for my son for Christmas 2012 (he picked out the model and just told me what to buy). The retailer was great and shipped right away and the order arrived right on time.For some reason, my son wears a size 12M, but these boots (size 12) were too big???
The good news is that one phone call to the retailer was all it took to have them send me a return shipping label and input the exchange for a size 11 upon the boots I was sending back. They made the exchange and the new boots were shipped right out (about 1 week turn around) and all is now well (the size 11 boots fit).
Not sure if this brand runs small... but it happens.
The good news is that this retailer was great at exchanging them for me and covered the shipping charges... so as far as I am concerned, I am one happy camper.
My son states that it has taken a good solid week of wearing to break them in, but what do you expect from a sturdy pair of new leather boots.
