Timberland Men's Roll Top LF Chukka Boot,Wheat,11 M US Review
I purchased a pair of roll top Timberland boots two years ago and the product has changed. Originally the roll top portion of the boot although not rigid was of the same material and color as the bottom portion of the boot. The new boot has an upper portion that's lighter in color and it's made of a different material. Also the upper portion of the boot doesn't give much support and it takes a little getting use to. I am wearing the boots for style and not for work and it is not a deal breaker for me. Otherwise the boots are fine.Read more >>

Men's Fashion Tips: Matching Mens Shoes with Suits or Pants by Leroy FongI have received many queries by readers on how to match their shoes against their other mens clothing, like suit or pants. Actually it's not as difficult as they think it is since the choices of colors for men's shoes are quite limited. Unless you have a taste for extraordinary colors, otherwise there shouldn't be much problem coordinating dress shoes.
Always remember that formality of dress shoes begins through the darkness of its color. For example, black is obviously the most formal color while light brown could be the least formal. So you should match your shoes against your suits or pants in line with the occasion. If you are attending a proper business dinner, then naturally black shoes are your ultimate choice in lieu of brown shoes.
Of late, there are other men wearing light brown or camel colored dress shoes against their ebony suits or pants. These high contrast creates a very trendy style which I personally like. However, we have to also note that this combination offers a more casual feel toward it.
What in the event the suit or pants are brown-based colors like olive or chocolate colors? Must we definitely use it against brown shoes? Not necessarily, black shoes are just like fine. Of course, brown shoes would allow color flow very smoothly but black continues to be a color that could fit nicely. Remember that black will be the color for formal.
