Very poor design. I have a high instep and I couldn't even get my foot in the foot. If there was a zipper it would be fine. There was absolutely no give to pull it on. Back in the box after a bout a minute.Update 01/02/13
I do love this boot. As another person suggested, I upsized by 1/2 size. A thin sock works. Its a little snug across the instep, but I suspect they will stretch out a little. I also suspect they will be in my bag tomorrow for wearing in the office. Too much snow and ice to get new boots all salty. :)
